On June 29, 2019, the presentation of the book of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Turkmenistan – the heart of the Great Silk Road” published in Turkish and Ukrainian languages, was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
This significant event was attended by the guests from foreign countries, heads and employees of diplomatic missions and international organizations working in Turkmenistan, journalists of international and national media, as well as representatives of scientific institutions of the country, rectors, professors and students of higher educational institutions.
During the presentation, the Secretary General of the International organization of Turkic culture (TURKSOY) Dusen Kaseinov, head of the Construction Association "Interbudmontazh" Vladimir Petruk, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey in Turkmenistan Mustafa Kapudzhu, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in Turkmenistan Valentin Shevalev, as well as scientists and teachers made their speeches.
Speakers told about the importance of translation of this book into foreign languages and about its content. In addition, they noted that the translation of this scientific work into foreign languages would serve as a great tool for foreign scientists working on the theme of the Great Silk Road.
