Trainings on the development of women’s entrepreneurship were held in Turkmenistan. The program, «Improving the Competitiveness of Women in the Private Sector of the Labor Market in Turkmenistan», was organized by the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan with the support of the European Union and with methodological assistance from the public association «Achievements of Young Turkmenistan» .
The training sessions took place in August in Ashgabat and Turkmenbashi. Out of many applicants, around 40 women were selected, gaining a unique opportunity to attend the course free of charge and strengthen their professional competencies.
The program covered key areas of modern business, including:
* business plan development and financial planning,
* legal foundations of entrepreneurship,
* business ethics and communication skills,
* the use of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence,
* business promotion in the media and on social networks.
Certified trainers and experienced experts conducted the sessions, enabling participants not only to acquire theoretical knowledge but also to practice essential skills needed for successful business management.
According to the organizers, the program encompasses all regions of the country and aims to support women who aspire to realize their potential in the private sector. Similar initiatives are planned to continue in the future.
