U.S. Embassy invites private sector employees to apply for free English language courses

The English Language Capacity Development (ELCD) program, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan, invites private sector employees to apply for participation in English language courses to be held in the cities of Ashgabat, Balkanabat, Dashoguz, Mary, Turkmenabat, and Turkmenbashy.

This course aims to help professionals working in international trade, the production of export goods, procurement of goods and services from abroad, and other related fields improve their English skills, enabling them to perform their jobs without language barriers.

 Program Details:

  • Format: In-person (offline) intensive courses
  • Duration: February 2026 to November 2026
  • Participation: Free of charge

 Eligibility:

Citizens of Turkmenistan сurrently working in international trade, the production of export goods, procurement of goods and services from abroad, or a related field

Participants will be selected through a competitive process.
