Construction regulations of Turkmenistan have been approved in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture issued on August 25, 2020 No. MB-105. These rules were officially registered by the Ministry of Justice on September 10, 2020 with registration number 1383. These construction regulations are approved in accordance with the Regulations on the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan dated January 29, 2019 No. 1083, to improve the legislation on architecture, design and construction, state regulation, technical and methodological procedures and was developed for the purpose of carrying out the tasks assigned to the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
These rules apply to the development of plans for future volumes of general-purpose road repairs, the clarification of materials and costs for road repairs, as well as the reinforcement of reinforced concrete beds and fittings in use.
