Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan discussed issues of bilateral agenda

On January 16, 2025, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.

The sides discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation in political-diplomatic, trade-economic, as well as cultural-humanitarian spheres.

Also, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs exchanged views on key areas of the international agenda as well as reaffirmed the importance of continued cooperation within regional and international structures.
