Invitation from the President of Ukraine to Turkmenistan

On May 29, 2020, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan T.Ataev presented his credentials to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at the official residence of the head of Ukrainian state.

During the ceremony, the Ambassador conveyed warm greetings and best wishes of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

Stressing that the Ukrainian side is interested in further expanding relations with Turkmenistan, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky sent greetings to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and best wishes of prosperity and development to the people of Turkmenistan.

According to the statement made by the Presidency of Ukraine, the parties noted the interest of Ukraine and Turkmenistan in the intensification of political, commercial, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries. Special attention was paid to strengthening cooperation in the construction industry. The President of Ukraine has sent his invitation to the President of Turkmenistan to visit Ukraine.
