For the recognition of educational documents obtained abroad, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan requires that the higher education institution be included in the list of international organizations that determine the rankings of the world’s leading educational institutions (“Academic Ranking of World Universities,” “QS World University Rankings,” “Three University Missions,” and “The Times Higher Education World University Rankings”).
Accordingly, the official website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan publishes an annual list of these international organizations that rank the world’s leading educational institutions in the “Ranking” section.
Today, a new ranking has been published in this section, specifically the 2025 ranking list.
Dear readers, we present this list to you below. If the university you wish to attend appears in any of these rankings, the diplomas from these higher education institutions are subject to recognition in Turkmenistan.
