Ambassador of Palestine presented copies of her credentials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

On June 19, 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Turkmenistan Ms. Rana Abu Hijleh, who presented copies of her credentials.

R. Meredov congratulated the plenipotentiary representative of Palestine on her appointment to the responsible post and expressed readiness of the Turkmen side to assist and support her diplomatic mission.

During the talks, the sides touched upon the current state of Turkmen-Palestinian cooperation in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as outlined priority areas for its further development.

The diplomats emphasized the collaboration of the states both in the bilateral format and within the framework of international organizations.

At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador assured that she would make every effort to enhance the Turkmen-Palestinian partnership.
