On April 28, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Israel to Turkmenistan Ms. Beth Eden Kite.
At the beginning of the meeting, having congratulated the Ambassador of the State of Israel on the appointment to the responsible position, R.Meredov wished her every success and new achievements in her new mission aimed at the development of cooperation between the two countries.
During the talk, the issues of strengthening relations, including the expansion of bilateral political, diplomatic, trade-economic and humanitarian cooperation were discussed. The parties noted the positive experience of multilateral cooperation in the framework of reputable regional and international organizations, including the significance of mutual support of international beginnings and initiatives.
Within the framework of the meeting, Ambassador Beth Eden Kite presented to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan the copies of her credential letters and stressed that during her diplomatic mission she would make every effort to further expand and strengthen relations between Turkmenistan and Israel.
