According to reports published by UssatNews , on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence and the 30th anniversary of its Permanent Neutrality, the “Makul English–Turkmen Dictionary” was published in the United States. This publication is regarded as an important step in the development of language diplomacy.

As noted by the UssatNews electronic newspaper, the dictionary contains 16,500 English words and specialized terminology in such fields as law, medicine, artificial intelligence, sports, and business.
The dictionary is available not only in print but also in digital format on the Amazon platform. In addition, it features audio recordings, illustrated sections, and a special dictionary designed for children.
Authorship and purpose
The chief editor of the publication is Dr. Dovran Orazgylyjov, Doctor of Law, and the dictionary was prepared by the Makul Hyzmat Translation Center.
