The Turkmen delegation headed by Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan M. Orazdurdyev is taking part in the 57th Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Forum under the theme “Bridge to the Future” is being held for the first time in Tbilisi from 2 to 5 May 2024.
The event is attending by approximately 4,000 delegates from ADB’s 68 members, including ADB President Masatsugu Asakawa, finance ministers, central bank governors, senior government officials, and representatives from the private sector, academia and media.
Participants are examining key development issues facing Asia and the Pacific including climate change, artificial intelligence, and green globalization, economic landscape, regional cooperation and others.
It is important to highlight the active growth of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Turkmenistan and Georgia. Furthermore, the significant increase in trade turnover between the two countries in the first quarter of 2024 should be emphasized.
The forum includes various events, seminars, and presentations.
