The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium, Sapar Palvanov, received world-renowned multilingual content creator and polyglot influencer Yuji Beleza, along with Central Asia expert Derya Soysal, at the Embassy.
During the meeting, the guests were introduced to Turkmenistan’s rich cultural heritage. The Ambassador spoke in detail about the traditional aspects of Turkmen culture, national customs, and the country’s historical development. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of the Turkmen language as a pillar of cultural identity and national unity. Yuji Beleza showed great interest and expressed a heartfelt desire to visit Turkmenistan to personally experience its nature, traditions, and world-famous hospitality.
The meeting also included discussions regarding a joint event planned with students from UC Leuven University. This event will feature a lecture on the history, culture, and linguistic heritage of Turkmenistan.
Additionally, the guests were introduced to Turkmen national cuisine; Yuji Beleza particularly praised the exquisite taste of chocolate-covered dried Turkmen melon. Such interactions create new opportunities for Turkmen entrepreneurs to showcase their products on a global stage through international influencers.
