The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the elected President of the Islamic Republic of Iran

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to Masoud Pezeshkian on his election as President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Noting that relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran are based on centuries-old friendship and mutual trust, the head of state expressed confidence that as a result of joint efforts, the strategic partnership will be further strengthened for the benefit of the two peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the head of state sincerely wished President Masoud Pezeshkian good health and great success in all his initiatives aimed at the progress and prosperity of the Iranian people.

Also the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to Masoud Pezeshkian on his election as President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
