Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Turkmenistan Shin Song-chul.
At the beginning of the meeting, the diplomats exchanged congratulatory messages from the Presidents of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea, as well as the heads of the foreign ministries of the two countries on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
As was noted, at present, the Turkmen-Korean cooperation, based on mutual respect and trust, has reached a qualitatively new level, and today the bilateral agenda of relations is particularly rich.
During the meeting, the parties noted the positive dynamics in the development of bilateral dialogue between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea at the highest and high levels in all areas of mutual interest.
The diplomats also called for further expansion of cooperation in the field of political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
