A meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredow with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Faysal bin Farhan Al-Saud was held in Tashkent.
During the talk the sides highly evaluated the level of interstate ties which are consistently strengthened on the basis of trustful and regular dialogue on the highest level.
The key aspects of Turkmen-Saudi agenda in political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres were discussed.
The parties confirmed their interest in development of trade-economic and investment ties.
Diplomats underlined the significance of strengthening of the cooperation in multi-sided structures of regional and international level. It was especially stressed that Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are in favor of promoting peace, stability and economic growth in the region and beyond.
