The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea took part in the Seoul Friendship Festival, organized by the Seoul City Administration.
The exhibition pavilion organized by the Embassy presented samples of decorative and applied arts and national clothing, reflecting the ancient history and rich culture of the Turkmen people, books and magazines dedicated to Turkmenistan, as well as works by Turkmen artists.
The books by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took a special place in the exposition and aroused great interest among the festival participants.
During the Seoul Friendship Festival, the Embassy also acquainted participants with the positive and peaceful foreign policy and diplomacy of independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan, the achievements in the socio-economic sphere, the effective policy in the cultural and humanitarian direction, as well as with the events held in honor of the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.
