The diplomatic mission reserves the right to unilaterally cancel appointments if established procedures are violated.
Grounds for cancellation include providing inaccurate personal details, such as errors or false information in the applicant’s first name, last name, phone number, or email address. Additionally, appointments will be canceled if applicants fail to confirm their attendance in a timely manner upon request by embassy staff.
Representatives of the diplomatic mission urge citizens to approach the booking process responsibly, provide accurate contact information, and confirm scheduled visits on time to ensure the smooth provision of consular services.
