Saragt Babaýew and Jemal Saparowa Awarded the Title of “Hero of Turkmenistan”

By decision of the President of Turkmenistan, Saragt Babaýew and Jemal Saparowa have been awarded the title of “Hero of Turkmenistan.”

According to this decision, Saragt Babaýew, a member of the Turkmenistan Artists’ Union and an independent artist, was honored with the country’s highest state award, the title of “Hero of Turkmenistan,” along with the “Altyn Aý” gold medal, for his significant contributions to the art of sculpture in Turkmenistan and his meticulous and creative work over many years.

Similarly, Annajemal Saparowna Nurmuhammedowa, the artistic director of the folkloric-ethnographic dance group of the “Dokmaçylar” Cultural Center under the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan, was awarded the “Hero of Turkmenistan” title along with the “Altyn Aý” gold medal for her valuable contributions to developing and promoting the national culture and music-dance art globally.
