President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his letter addressed to the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed gratitude for warm hospitality provided during his state visit to Ashgabat.
The message says: “I express to you my sincere gratitude for exceptional hospitality and excellent organization of my first state visit to Turkmenistan on October 24-25, 2021.
The results of the talks which were held in the atmosphere of full trust and mutual understanding once again demonstrated sustainable character of Kazakh-Turkmen relations of friendship, good-neighborliness and strategic partnership.
Our Joint statement, as well as a number of signed during the visit interstate and intergovernmental agreements determined new horizons of bilateral cooperation and, to the full extent reflected mutual desire for further rapprochement of our fraternal peoples.
I am convinced that successful implementation of all reached agreements will serve for the benefit of the full disclosure of the enormous potential of interaction of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan both at the bilateral level and within the framework of regional and international cooperation.
In order to continue an active dialogue at the highest level, I confirm to you my invitation to pay a state visit to Kazakhstan at a time convenient to you”.
