On 13 October 2025, the newly appointed Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates, H.E. Mr. Bayram Bayramov, arrived in the UAE.
At Dubai International Airport, the Ambassador was warmly received by Mr. Rashid Abdulla Al Qaseer, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office in Dubai.
During the conversation, Mr. Al Qaseer welcomed the new Head of Mission and conveyed best wishes for his successful work in further strengthening the traditionally friendly Turkmenistan-UAE relations.
Ambassador Bayramov expressed sincere gratitude for the warm welcome and conveyed the best regards and kind wishes of the Leadership of Turkmenistan to the Leadership of the UAE.
The sides also discussed matters related to upcoming protocol procedures, including the presentation of copies of credentials to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the presentation of credentials to the President of the UAE, as well as issues of bilateral cooperation.
The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship, mutual respect, and constructive dialogue.
