The humanitarian policy of esteemed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov is the example of excellence and sun-bright that lightens the pace of our nation. Since, our country expands its reciprocal cooperation, trust and negotiation with other countries in the geographical and spiritual level, strong foreign affairs and durable collaboration will be base for the solid future.
Turkmen nation, who are living under the peaceful sky and leading harmonious lifestyle, moving forward to sustainable mission of Motherland, which is a well-known and transparent verity.
In the history of Turkmen nation, a wide variety kings and hans were distingushed with their peaceful policy who valued it so much. As it was written in the book of our Arkadag “Music of Peace Music of Friendship and Brotherhood”, Armenian historian Kirikos Gandrakesi explained about king Malik who was different than others rulers in his time, with his peace-loving character or Persian historian underscored king Alp Arslan’s justice and solidarity. Besides, with the help of some historical materials, it is important to mention about Bayram han’s dovish, which he compared the art of living peacefully with art of winning and he chose the first one.
In the 73rd session of UN General Assembly President of Turkmenistan suggested to entitle a 2021 the year of Peace and Trust, by demonstrating to the world that international partnership and friendly relations are the main priorities of foreign policy of the country.
Solidly approved initiation of National Leader by the state members of the 73rd session of UN, gave fruitful results in cooperation and security of countries, which is indispensable importance in current time and for the future.
Under supervision of the Head of the State, great lot of deeds have been done in order to accomplish inalienable humanitarian aspects of the country by means of Neutrality and reliant neighbor, such as preventive diplomacy adopted in Ashgabat 2007, directed to retain reciprocity in cooperation of Central Asian countries. Besides, a year 2015 was officially denominated the year of Neutrality and Peace that is credence in well-intentioned international relations and positive communication among states and people. For Turkmen, consolidation of peace, equally beneficial cooperation, well-meant security are the source of light that elucidates mutual affairs among countries. Thus, Neutrality is a symbol of trust and peace, which affects to nations, cultures, tradition in order to integrate and inspire for the good deeds.
The main goal of Neutrality – is to bring into life and follow humanitarian aspects. Beginning from kindergartens, including secondary schools and higher educational institutions instructed humanitarian insights to bring up healthy and benevolent generation for the sake of bright future. For growing generation patriotic up-bringing and humanitarian understandings are crucial by the means of Neutrality that is carried out in the spiritual level. As long as young compatriots live in Permanent Neutrality Turkmenistan, they are proud of their Motherland.
This year, Turkmen nation is celebrating the 25th of anniversary of Permanent Neutrality, the 12th of December that embellish people’s heart with joy and glory. As long as, the willingness to spread the notion of integrity, peace and trust makes people become closer in geopolitical and spiritual level. Turkmen people have waited for this holiday with the great enthusiasm and positive anticipation, they prepared for the holiday with their families and neighbors.
In addition, on October the International conference in honor of the 75th of anniversary of the UN and the 25th of anniversary of Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan was held in Ashgabat under the title “United Nations: Cooperation for the International Peace and Sustainable Development” which means not only Turkmen people jubilates their holiday, but people all around the world feast these events.
Under the concern of our Arkadag, on the 2nd of February in 2017 in the 71st session of General Assembly of UN, the 12th of December was officially declared “International Neutrality Day”. Celebrating Neutrality day in the international level, guide the nations of the world to the unity, trust and peace.
The President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is a central figure in gaining peace and trust, facilitating friendship and cooperation, negotiating partnership and security that plays crucial part in neighboring policy.
Permanent Neutrality is a crown on our head, felicity in our heart and blessing of our life, which enlightens and shows the way to our current and future generation.
