Meeting with the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs of Pakistan

On July 2nd, 2024, in the premises of the Prime Minister’s house of Pakistan, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Islamabad Mr. Atadjan Movlamov and the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs of Pakistan, Mr. Ahad Khan Cheema.

The meeting focused on strengthening economic ties and exploring new avenues for cooperation between the two countries.

During the discussions, both dignitaries emphasised the importance of enhancing bilateral trade and economic collaboration. The ambassador highlighted the potential for increasing trade volumes and the opportunities for investment in various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and technology.

The Federal Minister of Economic Affairs expressed Pakistan’s commitment to creating a conducive environment for foreign investment and shared insights into the country’s recent economic reforms aimed at fostering growth and stability.

The Ambassador and the Federal Minister of Economic Affairs reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening economic ties and expressed optimism about the future of bilateral relations.
