The Turkmen-language dictionary titled “Makul English–Turkmen Dictionary: General, Law, Business, Medicine, AI, Sports” has been officially included in the research catalog of the New York Public Library (NYPL), one of the most prestigious libraries in the world.

The New York Public Library (NYPL) is considered one of the largest and most prestigious library systems in the United States and the world. Its general catalog includes more than 50 million books, journals, archival materials, images, and other publications. In terms of collection size, NYPL is recognized as the second-largest public library system in the United States after the Library of Congress and possesses research resources of museum-level significance.
The NYPL system operates 92 branch libraries and four major research centers. Among them, the famous Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, constructed in the Beaux-Arts architectural style, holds a special place. The library is also known for its rich specialized collections in areas such as public history, performing arts, and social sciences.

In addition, the dictionary has been included in Google Books. This provides wide opportunities for researchers, students, and translators around the world to find and use it in digital format.
The presence of the Makul Dictionary in prestigious institutions such as Stanford, Harvard, and the New York Public Library, as well as on the Google Books platform, demonstrates that the Turkmen language is gaining an increasingly significant place in the international academic space. This also contributes to making scientific and terminological works in the Turkmen language more accessible worldwide.
