On March 23, 2022, at the invitation of the Iranian side, the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran participated in a joint cultural event dedicated to the celebration of the International Novruz holiday together with the consulates of Afghanistan, Tajikistan and representatives of the local authorities of Iran, which took a place in the memorial complex of Abul Qasim Ferdowsi.
The event included a concert, an exhibitions of national fine arts and cultural heritage, as well as national cuisine of the nationalities celebrating Nowruz.
Handmade carpets, national costumes, national jewelry, national souvenirs, and books of our esteemed Arkadag were demonstrated at Turkmenistan’s stand. Visitors of our stand also had an opportunity to taste the national cuisine of our country.
