Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Georgia met with the Rector of the Georgian Technical University

On 28 March 2024, Ambassador D. Seyitmammedov met with the Rector of Georgian Technical University D. Gurgenidze

The meeting addressed the issues of developing bilateral relations in the sphere of culture, education and science, strengthening relations between educational institutions of the two countries, organizing mutual visits, joint conferences, lectures, and implementing joint educational and scientific projects.

The Ambassador noted that this year marks the 300th anniversary of the great Turkmen poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi, whose creative heritage has become an integral part of the world spiritual treasury. He also familiarized the Rector with the events dedicated to this date.

At the end of the meeting, the sides expressed their readiness for further joint actions to build up and strengthen ties in the scientific-educational and cultural-humanitarian spheres, which serve as a solid basis for the development of the entire complex of Turkmen-Georgian relations.
