A new and significant work related to the Turkmen language has been added to the catalog of the Library of Congress, one of the most prestigious cultural and scientific institutions in the United States. The book “Makul English- Turkmen Language Handbook,” prepared under the leadership of Dr. Dovran Orazgylyjov, has been officially registered and continues to gain international recognition. This work was carried out with the support of the Makul Hyzmat Translation Center.
The Library of Congress is one of the largest libraries in the world, with a collection exceeding 170 million items. Therefore, inclusion in its catalog represents not only publication but also an important indicator of global recognition for the work.

This handbook provides comprehensive information for learners of English and Turkmen. It includes 266 of the most commonly used irregular verbs, more than 200 idioms, phrasal verbs, prefixes, suffixes, and hundreds of contextual examples drawn from everyday life.
The book has been published in the United States and is available on well-known global platforms. It is regarded as an important resource for academic, scholarly, and independent learners.
In addition, the work has also been included in the catalog of the New York Public Library, making it accessible to a wider readership.
Previously, the first book of the same project, “Makul Dictionary,” had already been placed in the libraries of leading universities worldwide, including Harvard and Stanford.
The inclusion of the new handbook in the Library of Congress catalog demonstrates not only its importance for language learning but also its international scientific and cultural value. Such achievements contribute to the global recognition of the Turkmen language and its broader use in artificial intelligence systems.
The inclusion of the “Makul Language Handbook” in the Library of Congress catalog marks a significant milestone in the development of Turkmen linguistic studies and reflects the high international appreciation of efforts in this field.
