On 29 November 2024, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova and Head of the Representative Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Turkmenistan Eric Livny.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of strengthening partnership and prospects for enhancing cooperation between Turkmenistan and the EBRD.
They exchanged views on the proposals for the development of systematic work, including the preparation of the EBRD’s five-year strategy for Turkmenistan.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on specific projects planned for implementation with the participation of public and private structures, including such areas as “green” cities, water resources, energy, transport and others.
