World’s top 10 highest-paid footballers

According to the “NTV” news agency, “France Football” has listed the world’s top earning players. There was only one player from the “Premier League” in the top 10.

10. At the 10th place of the list in the top 10 was “PSG’s” 21-year-old French star Kylian Mbappe, who earned £ 24.73 million annually.  9. Robert Lewandowski is the 9th highest-earning player on the list, who left behind a record-breaking season with “Bayern Munich”. The Polish striker’s annual earnings are £ 26.56 million.

8. Manchester City’s British star Raheem Sterling is the only Premier League player to make it into the top 10 with earnings of £ 30.96 million.

7. Andres Iniesta, who left Barcelona in 2018 and headed for the Japanese team Vissel Kobe, took the 7th place on the top winners list with £ 31.14 million. 

6. Eden Hazard, who transferred from Chelsea to Real Madrid in the summer of 2019, earns £ 32.06 million annually. He took the 6th place on the top winners list.     

5. Antoine Griezmann, whom Barcelona transferred with great hopes, earned £ 35.25 million in 2019. So, he took 5th place on the list. 

4. Welsh star Gareth Bale, whose departure from Real Madrid is on the agenda, earned £ 35.45 million in 2019. He took 4th place on the top winners list. 

3. Neymar, PSG’s Brazilian superstar, ranked 3rd on the list with annual earnings of £ 87 million. 

2. Cristiano Ronaldo became the 2nd highest earning player in 2019, with a gain of £ 109 million.   

  1. Barcelona’s Argentinian star Lionel Messi was at the top of the list with annual earnings of £ 120 million.
