The USAID Youth Development Activity (YDA) jointly with the Talim Educational Center is accepting applications from potential employers interested in participating in a job fair to be organized as part of the Turkmenabat cycle of the TechYouth Bootcamp program. The event will take place on July 6, 2024 at the Talim Educational Center in Turkmenabat.

The event will provide an opportunity to employers to interview and select young and talented employees from TechYouth Bootcamp students who are completing a six-month intensive course in the IT field specializing in one of the following areas:

  1. Graphic design
  2. IT system maintenance and administration.

The USAID YDA’s TechYouth Bootcamp program is aimed at training youth as IT professionals and includes six-month intensive “full immersion” courses in the bootcamp format. The goal of the program is to provide young individuals with the opportunity to get a profession and successfully enter the workforce.

The program was successfully implemented in Ashgabat from December 2022 to June 2023, and in Mary from July 2023 to January 2024. Also, the second Mary cycle of the program is implemented from May to November 2024. In Turkmenabat, the program started in February and will complete in August this year.

The USAID YDA is implementing TechYouth Bootcamp in Turkmenabat in partnership with the Talim Educational Center.
