President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. During the conversation, the sides have noted with satisfaction that Turkmen – Turkish friendly relations receive new content at present time and implementation of joint projects contributes to strengthening of interstate dialog.
The Leader of the Nation said that Turkey is one of the countries, with which Turkmenistan successfully develops trade and economic relations, having focused attention on importance of using significant potential for expansion of productive relations in this direction and rendering corresponding assistance to each other when it is necessary.
Having confirmed the commitment of two countries to unbreakable fraternal relations, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan noted that all efforts would be applied for further strengthening of interstate relations.
During the telephone conversation in the light of the current issues of regional and global agenda, the sides touched upon the topic of the coronavirus pandemic.
In this regard, Turkmen leader confirmed invariable readiness of our country for broad cooperation in development of new methods in this direction.
