Turkish Ambassador Completes his Diplomatic Mission

On December 25, 2019, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Kapuju, completing his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Turkmen side expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for his personal contribution to the development of Turkmen-Turkish relations. In turn, the Turkish diplomat noted that, work in Turkmenistan has a special place in his diplomatic career, since Turkmenistan and Turkey are strategically important partners.

Noting the importance of strengthening political-diplomatic dialogue, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, the parties also particularly noted the positive experience of working within the framework of international organizations, in particular the UN, ECO, TURKSOY.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of topical issues, including the possibility of intensive expansion of the trade-economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian partnership between Turkmenistan and Turkey.

At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador once again expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the comprehensive support and assistance in the implementation of his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan, aimed at strengthening mutually beneficial ties between the two fraternal countries.

On the other hand, who recently hosted the farewell dinner reception ambassador of Turkey to Turkmenistan, Mustafa Kapucu also accepted the Chairman of the Turkmenistan Solidarity Association.
