On May 31, 2019, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.N. Aripov was received by the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a high-ranking guest arrived in Ashgabat to participate to the meeting of the Council of Commonwealth Heads of Government Independent states.
During the bilateral talks, the sides exchanged views on the further cooperation between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian fields.
