Polyglot influencer Yuji Beleza, who has millions of followers, will speak at the event titled “Turkmenistan – The Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” which will be held in Belgium on 17 March 2026. The event is dedicated to the history, culture, and permanent neutrality policy of Turkmenistan.
Yuji Beleza is a world-famous multilingual content creator. He is widely known for his videos in which he approaches people from different countries on the street and speaks to them in their native languages, capturing their unexpected reactions. His main goal is to connect cultures through languages and build bridges of friendship between people. He has 9.5 million followers on TikTok and 7.6 million followers on Instagram.
On 17 March 2026, the Embassy of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium will organize a special student briefing at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Louvain-la-Neuve.
The event is titled: “Turkmenistan – The Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses.”
The briefing will feature Ambassador of Turkmenistan Sapar Palvanov and Yuji Beleza, a multilingual content creator and polyglot influencer known for his work aimed at connecting cultures through language.
The Ambassador will introduce students to Turkmenistan’s history, its path to independence, and the development of the modern Turkmen state. The lecture will address the country’s historical roots, its experience of independence, and the policy of permanent neutrality, which serves as one of the key principles of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy. This policy contributes to regional stability and international dialogue.
Participants will also learn about Turkmenistan’s cultural identity, including the importance of traditions, national heritage, and the role of the Turkmen language in strengthening national identity after independence.
The second part of the event will focus on the power of language in building bridges between cultures. In this context, Yuji Beleza will share his perspective on the importance of communicating in people’s native languages and speak about his experience demonstrating how language fosters mutual understanding and respect between cultures.
The aim of the briefing is to provide students with a deeper understanding of Turkmenistan’s historical development, cultural foundations, and its approach to dialogue and cooperation in international relations. The event will also offer students the opportunity to engage in discussion and ask questions.
