A national exhibition of Turkmen goods «Made in Turkmenistan» was opened in Tashkent on 15 July 2024. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan B.Atdayev, Deputy Prime-minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan J.Khodjaev, representatives of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two countries, entrepreneurs, heads and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Uzbekistan and media representatives.
The exhibition clearly demonstrates the successes of the national economy of Turkmenistan, its potential and promising areas of development in the Revival of a New Era of a Powerful State. At the exhibition, visitors will be able to get acquainted with the exposition of 13 state institutions and 60 Turkmen enterprises and companies in various thematic areas. Carpets, jewelry and textiles, construction goods, household and industrial chemistry, foodstuffs, etc. are presented here.
The demonstration areas of the exposition will also serve as a venue for business meetings and negotiations aimed at further intensification of Turkmen-Uzbek cooperation and establishment of new mutually beneficial contacts.
