In Turkmenistan a new joint-stock company “Association of Automobile Enterprises” will be established. This was stated at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital video communication.
During the meeting, it was reported that the construction of the Ashgabat-Dashoguz the final stage of complex of automobile enterprises being built along the road on the instructions of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The meeting also aimed to increase the efficiency of the activities of the enterprises of the agency “Turkmenawtoulaglary” a proposal was made to set up a joint-stock company “Automobile Enterprises Association” with the participation of a passenger car company in Ashgabat, the Association of Automobile Schools and the open joint-stock company “Automobile Service”.
The relevant Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan was signed. This resolution was signed to develop our national economy through diversification, to further improve the work of the enterprises of the automobile industry in our country and to create favorable conditions for market relations in the epoch of might and happiness.
According to the Resolution, the “Automobile Enterprises Association” as founders of the open joint-stock company to the passenger car enterprise of the “Turkmenawtoulaglary” agency in Ashgabat the share in the fixed capital is 40 per cent and to the Association of Automobile Schools the share in the fixed capital was authorized to be 30 per cent.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy has been instructed to ensure the state registration of the open joint-stock company “Automobile Enterprises Association” in the prescribed manner.
