A factory for the production of ferrous alloys will be established in Turkmenistan

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamämmedow reported on plans to establish a modern factory for the production of ferrous alloys that will replace imported products and produce export-oriented goods to make Turkmenistan an industrialized country.

Effective efforts are being made to support large construction projects and economic sectors with high-quality construction materials throughout the country. Given the increasing demand for ferrous alloys both domestically and internationally, the feasibility of establishing a factory to produce this product is currently being examined. Relevant proposals for the implementation of the construction project have been submitted for the President’s approval.

The President emphasized the importance of planned and efficient use of local raw material resources for industrial development. In this context, he supported the proposal to prepare a technical-economic feasibility report for the construction project of the ferrous alloys factory and instructed the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers to carry out necessary tasks.

This new factory will strengthen Turkmenistan’s industrial infrastructure and provide significant contributions to the local economy.
