On November 20, 2018, ХХIII International conference and exhibition «Oil and gas of Turkmenistan – 2018» has started their work at the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
This international exhibition intended to popularize latest achievements in energy sector of our country has started with the reading keynote address of the President of Turkmenistan.
This significant oil and gas forum has gathered scholars, experts, government officials, the representatives from large organizations, leading companies in energy sector, relevant domestic agencies and local and foreign media. Approximately 50 companies and 200 representatives from different countries participate in the forum.
During exhibition days, the representatives of foreign companies not only in oil and gas sector, but also in metallurgy, power energy sectors and chemical industry will have opportunities to exhibit their products and their potential, and also to strengthen business and partnership relations at the same time. This will help to strengthen international cooperation in oil and gas sector and to integrate domestic oil and and gas system into world energy system.
Moreover, well-known companies participating in the conference will discuss the implementation of Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) natural gas pipeline and matters related to prospects and strategic directions of cooperation.
