On 2 April 2026, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Georgia Mr. D.Seyitmammedov met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Mr. A.Khvtisiashvili.
During the meeting, the prospects for the further development of bilateral cooperation were discussed. The sides paid special attention to the expansion of cooperation in the political, economic, transport and energy spheres. The role of bilateral visits in reinforcing the strategic partnership was emphasized.
The participants of the meeting also reviewed documents concerning the legal framework for bilateral cooperation, stressed the need for its further improvement, and strengthening.
