The President of Turkmenistan has started his visit to Japan to participate in the “Central Asia + Japan” Summit

Today, the working visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Japan has started. President of Turkmenıstan is paying a working visit to this country to participate in the first summit in the “Central Asia + Japan” format.

Relations between Turkmenistan and Japan are successfully developing both bilaterally and within the framework of the “Central Asia + Japan” dialogue.

As is known, when it comes to relations between Turkmenistan and Japan, great importance is attached to high-level visits.

In April of this year, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow paid a visit to Japan and participated in the “EXPO-2025” World Exhibition.

This time, President of Turkmenistan is leaving for Japan again to participate in the Summit to be held in Tokyo to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the “Central Asia + Japan” Dialogue.

This year is expected to be an important year for the development of bilateral political and economic relations, including the many large-scale economic projects currently being implemented between Japanese companies and Turkmenistan.
