In 2025, three Member States — Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Eswatini — joined the Group of Friends of Neutrality for Peace, Security and Sustainable Development.
With these new members, the Group now brings together 29 countries, reflecting growing international interest in neutrality as a constructive tool for the promotion of peace, confidence-building, security and sustainable development, in line with the principles of the United Nations Charter.
The next meeting of the Group of Friends of Neutrality is scheduled to take place in February 2026.
