World leaders have sent congratulations to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on the occasion of his birthday.
Among the heads of state who extended their congratulations were the Presidents of Russia, Vladimir Putin; China, Xi Jinping; Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; South Korea, Lee Jae-myung; Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon; Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov; Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev; Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko; and Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan. This was reported by Turkmenistan’s official media on Monday.
In their messages, the leaders acknowledged the personal contribution of the Turkmen president to strengthening bilateral cooperation, expressed confidence in the further enhancing partnership ties, and wished him health and success.
Congratulatory messages also came from high-ranking government officials, including Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, Chairwoman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko, Astrakhan Governor Igor Babushkin, Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission Bakytzhan Sagintayev, and a member of the Qatari royal family, Faisal bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani.
