The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad participated in the charity event

On May 25, 2025, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad participated in the charity event “Taste the World” organized by the Islamabad Foreign Women’s Association (IFWA) and the Serena Hotel.

Diplomatic missions attended the event, held at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad, and presented traditional dishes of their national cuisine. Embassies of the countries of America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, including Turkmenistan were among the participants.

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad took an active part, assisting in organizing this festival of national dishes of the peoples of the world, as well as presenting a wide range of traditional Turkmen dishes, including dograma, ishlekli, fitchi, pilaf and others. The diversity, richness of tastes and originality of the Turkmen cuisine attracted the attention of many guests.

The charity event “Taste the World” became a bright example of how culture and cuisine can unite people and serve a good cause. The organizers expressed special gratitude to all diplomatic missions for their active participation and support of the charity initiative.
