A meeting was held in the premises of the MFA of Turkmenistan between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan Sherali Kabir.
During the meeting, the parties reiterated the interest of two countries in further development of Turkmen-Tajik relations on a wide range.
The parties expressed assuredness in that the upcoming state visit of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan will give new impulse to the strengthening of bilateral political-diplomatic ties, as well as to the expansion of trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
The Ministers exchanged views on the improvement of collaboration in the field of industry and spoke about the potential of two countries in the given sector.
