At the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the city of Herat, with the participation of representatives of the Turkmen Diaspora of the provinces of Herat and Badghis, the presentation ceremony of the new book of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Traditions of Turkmen Statehood” was held.
During the event, the consul of Turkmenistan and distinguished representatives of the Turkmens of Afghanistan noted the features of this book and its importance in the context of the development of national and world values. It was also specially emphasized that this work will serve as a kind of guide in the education of the young Turkmen generation in the spirit of humanism and patriotism.
The representative of the youth of the Turkmens living in Herat noted that this work was received by the Turkmen Diaspora of Afghanistan with a great sense of pride and dignity.
Taking this opportunity, the speakers cordially congratulated the President of Turkmenistan and the entire Turkmen people on the 25th anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan and noted that the announcement on the initiative of Turkmenistan of December 12 as the International Day of Neutrality, as well as 2021 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust” became a special for all Turkmen of the world pride.
